CYC REGATTA WEEKEND 2018 The Cape's Oldest, Largest FREE Regatta A Celebration of Sailing and Friendship on Pleasant Bay August 3-5

| HELP NEEDED: CYC's largest event, Regatta weekend, is just two weeks away on August 4-6! We are in need of more food donations for Saturday or Sunday and volunteers to help in the clubhouse both days. In previous years, volunteers have greeted other yacht club members, served light refreshments, and helped with regatta punch and cake. Shifts are at various times for 2-3 hours. The CYC Regatta is a free regatta to all sailors and thus depends heavily on our members. If your kids are out sailing regatta, this is a great way for you to be involved on shore. An additional food donation (like bringing bagels and cream cheese) and/or the taking of a shift on Saturday or Sunday would be very helpful. Please see attached link to sign-up genius. Contact Anna Robbins In particular, we need volunteers to be on hand during the day! There are morning shifts for helping with coffee, bagels. There are lunchtime shifts to help with waters / lemonades. There are also much needed clean up / break down shifts for Sunday afternoon. |
