  Sailing School Picnic! We will have two charcoal grills available for grilling and invite members to bring their own portable gas grills for use (the line can get long at those charcoal grills!). Please bring your own food and beverages and we encourage you to bring salads, chips, and other items you so desire. Condiments, plates, napkins, and plastic utensils will be provided as will the always popular SMORES! Sailing School instructors will be in attendance and ready to engage with students in some traditional CYC picnic games. This is a family event! We look forward to seeing you at CYC!

  Earn your Boater Safety Certificate

  We have invited the COAST GUARD AUXILIARY again this summer to offer a chance to earn your Boater Safety Certificate.

  Class will run for 2 consecutive nights (Tuesday July 21 & Wednesday July 22nd from 4-7pm).

  Topics include Boating Law, Safety Equipment, Safe Operation and Navigation, Boating Emergencies, Trailering, Storing & Protecting your Boat, Sports and Boating.

  For those that can't make it, or prefer to obtain your certification earlier, there are great online courses that are informative and do fulfill the state requirements.
