Membership Registration AND RENEWAL Tutorial

Step by step guide to updating your membership level

Jump to editing your membership tutorial.

In the upper right hand corner of the website, click on your name (mine is Paul Lamoreux and is shown below) and you will be taken to your profile screen.

Click the Renew button if your membership has lapsed

Click Change membership level if you want to switch to another membership

If changing level, select the appropriate membership level then click the Next button

Because you are upgrading from a free membership account to a paid account, the system displays the yellow notice above that says you will be charged the full amount of the paid membership. Since the Registered membership level at which everyone starts is free, you will only be paying for the amount shown on the screen and no refunds are necessary. Unfortunately, we could not figure out how to keep that message from showing up.

The registration fields should be filled in with your account information. Click the Update and next button to proceed

Review the membership level you select and click the Pay online button to transferred to PayPal for payment.

We prefer the online payment option, but if you would like to be invoiced and pay by check, select the Invoice me button.

Once you have paid for your membership for the current year, then you can proceed to Register for Sailing School classes and other events!

TO EDIT YOUR PROFILE

Find your account in the upper right corner of your computer or tablet screen or the upper left of your mobile device (look in the black bar across the top and select the 'hamburger' or 'three bar' menu.

Select your account and this will take you to your profile page.

Follow the prompts using the blue button to 'edit profile".

Note, the first fields for member names and contact details will be considered the 'primary' contact. This contact information is associated with your membership and is the email that will be used to log into the system.

The secondary or partner information will also receive notifications.

You can modify or edit your existing information to allow for greater ease in logging in to the site and registering for events.

We currently do not have the ability to have two email addresses associated with a single membership account.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR INFORMATION IS UP TO DATE!

The Wild Apricot "Member App"

On the app, select the 'three dot' button and this will bring up the menu where you may edit your profile.
