 Please join us as we kick off the "CYC Centennial Regatta Weekend" with our annual Commodore's Buffet.  Back by popular demand is a catered evening with music by The Gary Lamb Band.

Surf & Turf  preparation descriptions:

Steamed Lobster with drawn butter, BBQ Steak Tips, Grilled Vegetable Medley, Oven Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes and Cherry Bomb Salad (cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, cucumbers, fresh basil, mixed greens with raspberry vinaigrette), Rolls & Butter, Blueberry Buckle, Coffee

Vegetarian Option:

Mushroom Napoleon- Grilled Portabella topped with grilled red onion, fresh basil, tomatoes, zucchini and summer squash with crumbled feta cheese (this can be prepared vegan upon request) The Vegetarian meal comes with the sides from the Surf & Turf option.
